Thunder Warm Up: Play the song “Thunder by Imagine Dragons

Every time they say Thunder you do the following:

One push up until you’ve done 10

One burpee until you’ve done 10

One air squat until you’ve done 10

One sit up until you’ve done 10

One penguin (both sides counts as one) until you’ve done 10

25 min AMRAP (as many reps as possible)

15 jumping jacks

10 v-ups

45 second wall sit

10 push ups

10 reverse crunches

20 tall plank bird dog (10/side)
