Deck of Cards
Grab a deck of cards. Flip over one card at a time. Each movement is associated with a suit, and whichever number you pull, is the number of reps you complete (face cards = 11 reps).
Diamonds: Sit ups
Clubs: Lunges
Hearts: Kettlebell swings
Spades: Push Ups
Aces: Run 30 seconds out then turn around
