what is lokte method...
Lokte Method is a therapy that works with the fascial network to help relieve pain via breaking up adhesions within the tissue. The goal of this therapy is to increase range of motion and mobility. The practitioner will start by using their foot to apply weight to anchor adhesions found in the tissue. Once they've appropriately anchored the tissue, the practitioner will instruct the client to do a series of movements with their body. The combination of pining the tissue with their foot and stretching the tissue with active movement, will help achieve a deep release within the fascial network to provide immediate range of motion improvements and pain relief.
